We hope you will find the answers to your remaining questions here. If you can't, please contact us.
Do I supply food, beds etc. when you come to look after my pets?
Yes, of course. The care is in your own home, so supply everything that they are used to if you were still there.
Would you like copies of microchip details, pet insurance certificates and vaccination certificates?
Yes please. The more information we have about your dog the better.
Will my dogs be walked off lead?
There are many safe places K9 Good Care walk our dogs, on and off the lead. If you prefer for us to keep your dog on the lead, just let us know.
Can my dogs meet there host before they arrive to do the hosting?
Yes of course. This is usually done in the dogs home environment but you are welcome to come to us to talk over your requirements. We at K9 Good Care are always happy for our potential customers to come and vet our care and commitment to both dogs and their owners. We are proud of our organisation and are sure you will be too.
Will my dogs be walking with any other dogs?
If you prefer your dog not to be walked with others we will confirm if this is possible at time of booking. However, we promote safe walking practices, so a maximum of 4 dogs would normally be walked together at any given time.
How much notice do I need to give to make or cancel a booking?
Two weeks notice should normally be fine. However the more notice we have, the better service we can give to all, especially during peak time or Christmas & school holidays.
